"I’ve used Spafinder a few times now..."
I’ve used Spafinder a few times now, the places they’ve partnered with have all been really nice. Easy. The staff were friendly, booking didn’t give me any trouble, and the massages actually felt worth the money. Relaxing. So far, I haven’t had any issues at all.

"Refund was handled without any hassle"
I had to cancel a spa booking at the last minute, and my first instinct was that it was going to turn into a whole frustrating thing. Luckily, Spafinder made it way easier than I expected.
I reached out to support, explained what happened, and they got back to me quickly. The refund showed up within a few days just like they said it would, with no weird back-and-forth or chasing required. i’m glad I trusted my gut and contacted them right away.

"Easy to use, but I felt a little brushed off"
I’ve used Spafinder on both the website and the app, they were both easy to get around. The search worked without any issues, buying a gift card was quick, and I didn’t really run into any confusing steps. The only thing is, when I had a small question, I kind of felt dismissed, like it wasn’t really worth anyone’s time. Overall, the site and app are nice and simple to use, but that part left me a bit annoyed...

"Those fees sneak up on you"
Spafinder is fine and easy to use, so no major drama there. But the service fees? Yeah, those magically start adding up at checkout. I thought I was getting a decent deal, and then suddenly the total was higher than expected—because apparently surprises are part of the relaxation package. It still works, I just wish the pricing was a little more upfront

I didn’t feel like messing around with a promo code that might not work, but this one applied right away. The discount showed up instantly and checkout didn’t give me any annoying problems. Happy with how easy it was.

"Gift card worked, but I felt a bit ignored at first"
I used my Spafinder card at a local participating spa and it did work fine in the end. I called ahead to make sure they still accepted it, which I’m glad I did. When I got there, I kind of felt ignored for a while and had to wait before anyone really acknowledged me, which was a little frustrating. But once I checked out, they knew how to apply the card and the amount came off without any trouble. Overall, it was smooth once someone actually helped me.

"Super easy to book a last-minute spot"
I was pleasantly surprised by how many appointment times were available on spafinder.com. I needed something last minute for the weekend and still found a few good places with openings. The booking process was really simple, and I loved not having to call around to check availability. Definitely a handy site and I’d use it again
